Fees and Representation
Fee arrangements and agreements prior to representation.
Fees are generally based upon the firm’s competitive hourly rates. However, full or partial contingent fees, fixed fees and incentive fees can be negotiated in appropriate cases.
In no event does the firm undertake representation of a new client without a signed letter of representation or more formal written agreement and payment of any required retainer deposit.
Although potential representation may be discussed by telephone or e-mail, no attorney-client relationship will be formed without written confirmation from the firm.
